Maoming Port Group Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as the Group) is a city-owned state-owned enterprise. As the main financing platform for the construction of Binhai New Area and the main body of port construction and operation, Maoming Port Group shoulders the important task of building Maoming to the sea。In order to further promote the optimal allocation of human resources of the Group, according to the needs of business development, staff recruitment is open to the public. The relevant information is announced as follows:

First, the target of recruitment

See Annex 1 for specific positions, number of recruits and requirements。

Two, the basic examination requirements

(1) The applicant shall meet the following basic requirements:

1.Having the nationality of the People's Republic of China;

2.To uphold the Party's line, principles and policies and abide by the Constitution and laws;

3.Have good conduct and professional ethics;

4.Having the physical condition to perform duties normally and the professional knowledge and ability to meet the requirements of the post;

5.Having the required education, degree and professional qualifications for the post;

6.Other qualifications required for the post (see Annex 1 for details);

7.No criminal record。

(2) The following persons shall not be employed:

1. Those who have been dismissed from the administrative department for less than five years or are within the punishment period of other administrative sanctions;

2.Persons suspected of violating laws and disciplines who are under investigation by relevant authorities and have not yet reached a conclusion;

3.Non-fresh graduates who are studying full-time in ordinary colleges and universities, active servicemen and other personnel who are not allowed to apply for employment according to laws and regulations;

3. Recruitment process

This recruitment carries out competitive selection assessment, according to the announcement, registration, qualification preliminary examination, written examination, qualification review, interview, physical examination, investigation, publicity, employment and other procedures。

5. Registration procedure

(1) Registration time

From the date of publication to October 16, 2022。

(2) Registration method

(4) Other matters

1.Applicants must use the resident ID card of the second generation within the validity period. Candidates can only choose one post to apply for. If they apply for more than one post, the group will make adjustments according to the actual situation。

6. Examination arrangement

The exam consists of a written test and an interview。

(1) Written examination

1.The time and place of written examination will be announced separately。

2.Candidates should take a closed book examination according to the position of the written test, mainly test candidates professional knowledge of the post。

3. The full score of the written test is 100, and the score of the written test is calculated as 30% of the total score。

(2) Qualification review

The written test results will be ranked from the highest to the lowest, and will be published on the group's official website. Candidates will be selected according to the ratio of the number of candidates 1:3, and those who fail to reach the ratio will be selected according to the actual number of candidates。

Candidates who have been shortlisted for interview shall undergo qualification review. Candidates shall bring the original valid documents which can reflect the qualification conditions of the recruitment post to the designated place within the specified time。Those who fail to attend the qualification examination within the prescribed time shall be deemed to have given up the qualification automatically。Those who are qualified for review and unqualified will be disqualified for interview and will be replaced by the group in equal amount according to the written test results。

(3) Interview

1. Time and place of interview will be announced。

2. The interview is organized and implemented in a structured way, mainly testing the quality and ability of the candidates in terms of their communication response, language expression, image and temperament, and focusing on the professionalism and job matching degree of the candidates。

3. The full score of the interview is 100, and 70% of the interview score will be counted into the total score。If the total score of the same position is the same, the ranking will be determined by the order of the interview results。

7. Physical Examination

The candidates for physical examination shall be determined according to the recruitment plan in a ratio of 1:1, and the candidates shall go to the designated Grade-A hospital or the occupational-disease-prevention hospital for physical examination。Physical examination items shall be carried out according to the recruitment standards of civil servants。Candidates should attend the physical examination on time, otherwise it will be considered as a waiver of qualification。The applicant recommended by the medical examination hospital shall be disqualified if he/she fails to reach a qualified conclusion within one month。The Group may make up candidates in turn according to actual needs。

Viii. Investigation

The group inspects candidates who enter the proposed employment area。The main contents of the investigation include the identity of the applicant, the qualification conditions for the examination, and their political ideology, moral cultivation, ability and quality, study and work performance, law-abiding, honesty and self-discipline, social relations, credit investigation, archives and whether there is a situation of avoidance of the examination。

9. Publicity and Employment

According to the results of physical examination and investigation, the proposed employees will be publicized on the group's official website, and the publicity period will be 5 working days。If there is any objection during the period of publicity, it shall be investigated and dealt with in accordance with the relevant provisions and a conclusion shall be drawn。After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no problem or the problem does not affect the employment, the employment procedures shall be handled according to the regulations of the group。If the problem of reflection affects the employment and verified, it shall not be employed。If the qualification for employment is cancelled after publicity, the group shall decide whether to replace it。

X. Salary and treatment

The probationary period is three months, and the employee compensation and welfare standards (system) of the group shall be implemented after the regular employment。
